Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Each Tiffany Lowes artwork is carefully handcrafted and prepared for shipment from Norfolk, UK.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for dispatch of original artworks, unless otherwise stated. For commissioned pieces, estimated completion and delivery times will be discussed before work begins.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. All artworks are securely packaged and sent via a tracked and insured delivery service. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind

Purchasing original artwork is a personal decision, and we encourage you to review all images, descriptions and dimensions carefully before placing your order.

Due to the unique nature of original artworks, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. If you have any questions before purchasing, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.

Damaged Deliveries

Every artwork is packaged with great care. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  1. Clear photographs of the external packaging.
  2. Photographs showing the damage to the artwork.
  3. Your order number and contact details.

Please do not attempt to repair the artwork or dispose of the packaging until we have reviewed the claim and advised on the next steps.

Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the courier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Artwork Details & Colour Accuracy

Every effort is made to accurately photograph and represent each artwork. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting conditions and device displays.

As each piece is handmade using natural fibres, subtle variations in texture and finish are part of the character of the artwork and should be celebrated as part of its uniqueness.

Caring for Your Artwork

To preserve the beauty of your felted artwork, we recommend displaying it away from direct sunlight, excessive moisture and heat sources.

All artwork, images and designs remain the intellectual property and copyright of Tiffany Lowes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission from the artist.

Tiffany Lowes reserves the right to reproduce images of original artworks for promotional, editorial, exhibition and archival purposes.

Policy Updates
