This website is owned and operated by Tiffany Lowes Art, a Norfolk-based artist creating original felted textile artworks and commissions.

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, "we", "our" and "us" refer to Tiffany Lowes Art.

Products

All artworks are handmade and original unless otherwise stated.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, slight variations in colour, texture and finish may occur. These variations are considered part of the unique character of each piece and are not defects.

We make every effort to accurately display artwork colours and details; however, colours may vary between screens and devices.

Orders

When you place an order, you agree that:

All information provided is accurate and complete.
You are authorised to use the payment method supplied.
Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraud, pricing errors or other issues are suspected.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be updated at any time without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price that will apply to your order.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or additional fees imposed by their country.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service. However, we will always assist where possible in resolving delivery issues.

Commissions

Commissioned artworks are created specifically for individual clients.

By commissioning artwork from Tiffany Lowes Art, you acknowledge that:

Design details, colours, dimensions and expectations will be agreed before work begins.
Commission payments may require a deposit before work commences.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
Minor variations may occur as part of the handmade creative process.
Completion dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to workload or unforeseen circumstances.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, photographs, images, text, branding, logos and website content remain the exclusive property of Tiffany Lowes Art and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

The purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

Reproduce artwork in any form.
Create derivative works.
Sell reproductions.
Use artwork for commercial purposes.
Copy website content or images.

Tiffany Lowes retains the right to reproduce images of sold artworks for marketing, portfolio, exhibition, publication and promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiffany Lowes Art shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses.
Delays caused by shipping providers.
Damage resulting from improper handling, storage or display of artwork.
Temporary interruptions to website availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

Care of Artwork

Artwork should be displayed and cared for appropriately.

We recommend keeping felted artworks away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive moisture and heat sources to help preserve their appearance over time.

Natural ageing and changes that occur over time are not considered faults.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
